The provision of the data requested by the Data Controller for the purposes referred to in letters b), c), e) above is optional. Failure to provide such data will not have any effect on the possibility of receiving the services requested, but may compromise the full functionality of the website.

The Data Controller declares that the data of the interested party will not be subject to an automated decision-making process; therefore, the profiling referred to in art. 22, par. 1 and 4 of EU Reg. 2016/679 is excluded.

13.          Rights of the interested party

For the purposes of the proper fulfillment of the obligations of fairness and transparency provided for in Articles 13 par. 2 and 15 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, the Data Controller informs the data subject that he/she has the right to:

(a) obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her and to obtain a copy thereof in intelligible form;

b) obtain, from the data controller:

- information on the origin of the personal data, on the purposes and methods of processing, on the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the categories of personal data in question

- indication of the identification details of the data controller;

- indications of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees;

c) obtain

- the updating, rectification or integration of data concerning him without undue delay;

- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

- certification to the effect that the operations as per the preceding points have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;

The data subject is entitled to the right to restriction of processing when one of the following hypotheses occurs: (a) the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data; (b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead that its use be restricted; (c) the personal data is necessary for the data subject to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in a court of law; (d) the data subject has opposed the processing pending verification as to whether the legitimate reasons of the Data Controller prevail over those of the data subject.

If the processing is restricted pursuant to one of the hypotheses from a) to d) referred to in the preceding paragraph, such personal data shall be processed, except for storage, only with the consent of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of substantial public interest of the Union or of a member state.

14.          Right to object

The data subject has the right to object, at any time, in whole or in part

- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

- to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

The above-mentioned rights may be exercised by making a request to the Data Controller, at the addresses indicated in art. 1.

The right of the interested party to oppose the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes, carried out through automated means of contact, extends to the traditional ones and in any case the possibility remains for the interested party to exercise this right in part, or, in this case, opposing, for example, only the sending of promotional communications carried out through automated tools.

15.          Revocation of consent

The interested party has the right to revoke at any time the consent to the processing of personal data previously given, and this can be done by request to the Owner.

This revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the revocation.

16.          Complaint

Any complaints regarding the processing of personal data released by you to the Owner may be submitted to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

17.          Right of access

The interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her is being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data The information provided herein is provided free of charge.

18.          Modifications to the present informative report

The data controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to the law and to improve it, taking into account the suggestions made by customers, employees and users.
