His professional life began after graduating in Law in 1988, when he started the legal practice with the lawyer Francesco Sciré, a distinguished labour lawyer and scholar of unfair competition.
Once he became a lawyer, he had the opportunity to study and work on disputes of considerable importance.
In 1995 he opened his own office in Brescia.
In 2002 he added to his professional activity that of labour law consultant at a large law firm in Verona.
In that office he met the other partner of Valeri&Marini Avvocati since 2004, Mr. Riccardo Marini.
He has always believed that the lawyer's task is to anticipate the birth of problems, rather than solving them when the damage is often already done.
He thinks that the judicial controversy is never an end, but, at most, a means.
Therefore, he prefers the activity of consulting, both civil and labor, which allows him to develop precise strategies.
He has been a member of the Bar Association of Brescia since 25.11.1991.
